CANCELLATIONS BEFORE SERVICES RENDERED
No refunds are allowed for purchased advertising and (or) services if you fail to cancel before the publishing production schedule, scheduled magazine closing date, or after services are rendered. PACKAGE UPGRADES AND DOWNGRADES
Customers are able to make upgrades to orders placed by paying the difference of the sum. If you decide you want to downgrade to a different package that cost less than a credit towards another package is allowed or a refund. Allow 7 to 14 days for the difference of the refunded amount on downgraded packages.
Stardom101 magazine is a monthly publication. Order dates determine what issue your ad subscription will begin with.
TO PROCESS A REFUND

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible, within 10 to 14 business days.
After the refund has been approved, credit card refunds can take up to 5-10 business days for your bank to process and make the funds available. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed and the refund selection of your choice has been issued. Reminder: refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order (if applicable).
MY MAGAZINE WAS DELIVERED TO ME DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?
Any damages upon delivery must be reported within three (3) days from date of order received. Contact our Support Team by calling (804) 800-7827 or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be sure to provide detailed photos of the damage(s) to confirm replacement issue.
