Donohoe Hospitality Services (DHS) — a division of national real estate and hospitality firm Donohoe — has announced the appointment of Nicole Brizan as its new Vice President of Finance and Accounting, a strategic leadership move aimed at strengthening financial operations across its growing hotel portfolio. 

Brizan — who brings more than two decades of hospitality accounting expertise — will now oversee corporate and property-level financial direction for DHS. Prior to this role, she held senior accounting and reporting responsibilities at Host Hotels & Resorts, one of the largest lodging real estate investment trusts in the world. 

A Proven Leader Ready to Drive Growth

In her previous tenure with Host Hotels & Resorts, Brizan led hotel accounting, forecasting, and reporting functions for a portfolio that included iconic properties — giving her deep insights into financial performance and operational strategy in complex hospitality environments. Before that, she built foundational experience through various finance roles at Marriott International across property and corporate assignments. 

With advanced education in accounting and real estate — including a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Real Estate, and a hospitality investment certification from Cornell University — Brizan is positioned to support DHS’s financial leadership as the company continues to expand its services and partnerships.
