Position: Sales Associate / Account Manager (Remote)
We are on the hunt for an outgoing, dynamic, driven Sales Associate / Account Manager to join our Leadership Solutions Team at Stardom Media. The ideal candidate will have a combination of account management and sales experience since this role will utilize both skill sets. The Sales Associate / Account Manager will be the first contact that potential clients will have with to discuss marketing solutions and process orders. Responsibilities:
- Retain & grown active accounts while you build & maintain strong client relationships
- Onboard new clients & ensure successful set-up of these new accounts
- Ensure smooth and timely order processing and facilitate to proper departments to confirm advertising orders
- Interact with the client about administering & growing the account
- Maintain records on advertiser activity using Salesforce.com
- Follow and apply industry trends as they pertain to your clients
- Problem-solve and respond to clients in an effective manner
- Work independently and autonomously
- Communicate with numerous departments within the Stardom Media organization
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of account management and/or sales experience
- Goal-oriented & results-driven; you have exceeded goals & objectives in past positions
- Excellent organization, time management and follow-through skills
- Ability to effectively manage & service multiple accounts
- Effective communication skills that strengthen client relationships with the proven ability to communicate in a creative and persuasive manner
- Outgoing personality with the ability to talk to people you do not know
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
