Event Recap: Perfect Timing Concert FT. Bianca Bonnie, Leeky Bandz, Lil TJay, Chozus, 22GZ & More!

On Friday, August 10th, Celebrity Event Coordinator Scotty On Scene teamed up with Publicity and Marketing Conglomerate JAR PR to give the legendary venue Sound of Brazil better known as “SOB’s” quite a game changing event.

The Perfect Timing concert featured a solid line up consisting of artists such as  FR$HH, Gangtivity, Camphouse Jay (Trill Te DJ set), Young Zay, Leeky Bandz and Lil TJay, 22 Gz. There was also a special appearance by rapper Asian Doll and  surprise performances by Bianca King and Bry Greatah.

The Perfect Timing concert had a solid line up and the space was filled with the hottest event promoters 40 Oz Van and company,  Influencer Low Key MAr and Radio DJ’s Hot 97 FM NY’s DJ Drewski and Power 105 FM NY’s Nyla Symone.

The first act Fr$hh started the night performing his most recent tracks. Both tracks made the whole building shake and he matched the impressive production with a strong stage presence along with a captivating performance set. The track that really resonated with the crowd was Hennessy and Enemies available on Apple Music and also Tidal. Fr$hh is a talented young artist out of Atlanta and received a warm welcome from the NYC crowd. Fr$hh can be followed on his Instagram @frshh_.

The next artist to bless the stage was New York crowd pleaser Chozus. He wowed the audience with his outstanding performance. Chozus brought out Asian Doll and his set included tracks from his most recent project Undefeated like “Ice Box” and “Love Thots“. He is a talented artist and no doubt has a bright future. His melodic style and flow are unique and will set him apart in the months to come. If you haven’t heard of Chozus you surely will very soon. You can check out his videos “Married To The Money” and his hit “Grand Slam” on YouTube. You can also follow Chozus on instagram @chozus.

Gangtivity instantly caught the attention of the crowd from the beginning performing hits “Reppin” and “Racks”. The night was filled with acts to remember but Gangtivity definitely had one of the best sets of the show. Even though the set was cut short, the rap super group out of New York made the best out of it, they kept high energy & the crowd active from the very start to finish. “Reppin” and “Racks” are both unique tracks and showcase the special talent that is the rap collective Gangtivity, but “Racks” definitely had the biggest impact on the crowd. Gangtivity’s style can’t be compared to any collective in the game right now but I think the most honest comparison is A$AP or OFWFKTA. If anyone set the tone for the night it was definitely Gangtivity. I look forward to seeing them again soon. Definitely stay connected with the group by following them on Instagram @gangtivity_ggx

Young Zay blessed the crowd with his smash hits “Truth or Dare” and “Light Show“. Zay has worked with many big names like Dave East and Don Q but still has ability to pull crowds & create noise for himself. This is what he was able to convey. You can check out Young Zay on YouTube and you can also stream his latest project Airplane Mode on SoundCloud.

One of the biggest names to perform was Lil TJay. He blessed the crowd performing his most recent hit “Brothers“. TJay has worked with big names and is looking to be the newest young artist to make noise in the music scene. Most known for the tracks “Brothers” and “Goat” he mixes hard hitting gritty bars with a melodic flow laced with auto tune. Coming out of NYC it’s hard to compare the type of sound he has but the closest comparison could be fellow New York MC ABoogie and also the legend Speaker Knockers. Lil TJay has been making a name for himself in the past months and with this performance at SOB’s he looks to continue to make history for himself and his team. You can watch the video to “Brothers” via YouTube plus follow him on the gram @_liltjay

Leeky Bandz and 22GZ definitely stole the night with their performances. Giving each other a song in their sets Leeky & 22 were able to hack the two song minimum and perform a number of hits for the crowd ranging from “Never Ran” featuring both artists and “Blicky Da Blicky” featuring 22GZ. The whole night was like a family gathering for Leeky and 22. They are frequent collaborators but together the two have worked with some of the biggest artists in music. You can check out Leeky Bandz latest video with Pnb Rock on YouTube. You can also check out 22GZ recent interview with Vlad Tv on YouTube.

The surprise performance by Love & Hip Hop NY’s Bianca Bonnie reminded everyone that she has been in the game since her 2007 debut hit single “Chicken Noodle Soup,” and has rebranded herself into who she is today. With her fierce lyrics and stellar dance moves, Bianca is built for a lifetime of success. The crowd loved her and was happy to have seen her along with the rest of the line-up. This epic night was one to remember.
